For those who walk in shadow

Near oft' as they walk in light...

Lapses of illumination caused by

Their own wretched and tired mind...

I walk with you.

For those who stain cheeks

And pillows with overflowing tears...

Too ashamed to leave thier solitude

For fear of discovery...

I cry with you.

For those who bite the fleshy part of

Hands and scratch out rivulets of blood...

To help drown out mental anguish

With pain of another kind...

I bleed with you.

May we all know peace.
